Veedersburg, Ind. (CNS) -- Mrs. Dot Phipps, 77, died at noon yesterday (Nov. 9, 1965) at Lake View Memorial Hospital where she had undergone surgery. Born in Illinois in 1888, she was the daughter of Charles and Elvada Bonebrake Isley. She was married Aug. 31, 1917, to Arthur Phipps, who survives. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Wayne (Doris) Dotson of Decatur and Mrs. Merrill (Margaret) Brown of Duncan, Miss.; a sister, Mrs. Earl Jones of Yeddo; and a granddaughter. She was a member of the Centennial EUB Church, Yeddo Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Bonebrake Cemetery League and Mill Creek Home Demonstration Club. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Centennial EUB Church. The Rev. Bennett Fulp will officiate. The body is at the Fishero Funeral Home. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Thursday.
